I made Cards :D

Its been way too long i know, but i managed to get back in my craft room today, and made some cards :D

The first is a Special Friendship card/ gift card holder, with a pocket inside to pop in a special gift for that special friend.

 

Next i found some hunkydorable sheets in my drawer, so made

four up all on 8 x 8 card blanks

I hope you like them, they are available for sale if you want one, i hope to be back on a roll now :)

Scrapbook & Card Sketch Challenge

I found i had some time today, so headed on in to my cave to play, I picked a challenge from the Scrapbook & Card Challenge Blog themed with a sketch, they said you could do either a card or a layout so i did both lol

My card is an 8 x 8 blank using some pretty vintage papers from my stash, i added some doileys and pretty flowers with added sparkle and wallah .. I am quite pleased with the finished product hope you like it too :)

 Next i dug a couple of old photo#'s out from back in 2006 of the kids having fun one Christmas.

Craft Time

Good morning crafters :D it has been so long since i sat and just played, i decided today was the day :D and i had a little helper in Cookie lol, she started by sitting on my work, and really not wanting me to do things other than play with her, so after a fuss she settled under my monitor shelf and decided to watch :)

I started with the Card Challenge over on our Dragons Lair Designs Facebook Page, I made an 8 x 8 card using the Home Tweet Home Collection which you can find here.

Next i decided to use one of the images i coloured the other day Rupert & Penny's True Love (also available as female/female and male/male versions) along with the Joi of the Arts Mini Kit, and had fun with my flower drawer and spray and sparkle spray ( not sure you can see it on the photo but the flowers are nicely sparkly) this card is A4.

Stamping With the Dragon Challenge - Easel Card

I had some time to play so i jumped on in to join in the Easel card challenge this time around, I decided to try somthing a bit differnt, seeing as i havnt had time to craft for ages, and found this triple easel which i think looks fab.

I used Love Notes from Dragon Lair Designs and Kissing Couple Digi Stamp, added some ribbon, lace and flowers from my stash and ended up with this wallah :D

Well here we are Launch Day :D I am sure you will find something in this fantastic kit that tempts you, be it for scrap booking or card making, my samples show one from each category, the first is of my children when they were small, for this i used the papers from the kit and the mat pack, then added some ribbon, flowers and a cute bird embellishment from my stash.

The second sample is one of the card kits, mounted on card, layered with sticky pads, and finally a matching bow added from my stash, a fantastic quick card for any occasion.
